- 1/8 cup pizza sauce - 7 oz plant-based mozzarella - plant-based sausage, bell peppers, jalapeños, diced red onion, etc.

Combine all ingredients and mix, either in a bread machine or by hand, and let rise for about 90 minutes.

Roll out dough into 2 pizzas (or use half of it for breadsticks).

For breadsticks, roll dough into breadstick shapes, then dip in olive oil and sprinkle garlic, nutritional yeast, and salt on top.

Top with sauce, cheese, and whatever else you want.

Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes.
